Our Passive Income Streams

Rental Property Investing

We are buy-and-hold small multifamily Real Estate Investors. We own a 4 family home in Bergen County, NJ. We live in one of the units and rent out the other three. The cashflow from the other three units pays our mortgage, property taxes, home insurance, and utilities. After all maintenance costs and a 8% vacancy rate is considered, we take home about $700/month and are able to live for free. If you would like to learn how we did it and what we learned along the way, read step by step on how we got started by clicking the icon above…

Amazon FBA

We sell various products on Amazon Prime through their Fullfilment-By-Amazon(FBA) program. The beauty of FBA is that you do not need to go out of your way to package, label, address and take a shipment to your post office every time you have a sale; Instead, you bulk-ship your product to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, and every time there is an order – they take care of shipping it to your customer for you. We are currently selling about 15 products a day, to find out how we got our business started, click the icon above …
